The Borgo Bella Prosecco is produced in the Diano D'Alba region of Italy. This excellent sparkling wine is made with Prosecco grapes, cultivated with the espalier training system in the Eastern area of Veneto region that is called “alto trevigiano” (from the city Treviso). Prosecco Spumante undergoes the traditional vinification method consisting in a first fermentation during the harvest period and in a second one in autoclave. Thanks to the latter, the must acquires Prosecco Spumante typical froth, after its 30 days’ permanence on fine lees. Both fermentations are performed at a careful temperature control, 15/16 °C maximum.
