The 2021 growing season offered optimal conditions in the Sonoma Coast to harvest grapes of exceptional quality. A slow and steady growing season, marked by mild temperatures and the absence of heat spikes, extended the ripening period. This allowed the grapes to fully develop their phenolic flavors while preserving fresh, vibrant acidity.
