This wine was produced under excellent conditions, with meticulous attention to detail throughout the entire production process-from vineyard cultivation to marketing. It is composed of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, grown in the Galilee at an altitude of approximately 850 meters. The wine is characterized by citrus treshness, tropical aromas of pineapple, a buttery body with hints of vanilla and nuts, and a balanced finish. Recommended for serving alongside grilled sea fish, pasta with cream sauce, or spicy Asian dishes.
