These grapes for this wine came from the finest vineyards in the Upper Galilee, An area recognized as one of the premier growing regions of Israel. The Cabernet Sauvignon Family Collection is a dark purple wine with bright berry fruit and eucalyptus characters, together wtih more complex notes of vanilla, chocolate and tobacco. The wine is long on the palate and is smooth and deeply satisfying. The depth of color and complex aromas give an excellent indication of this wine's potential.
