Razi'el by Castel Brut Non-Vintage

Raziel is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir of different vintages, the first being 2016. The wine was fermented in 600 liters French oak barrels and aged sur lies for six months. This sparkling wine was produced in the "Traditional Method" of Champagne. It is a dry wine, Brut Nature - Zero Dosage, medium bodied, with aromas of citrus fruits and a hint of brioche. This wine has a high and refreshing acidity, with fine bubbles and a long finish.
