Description

The grapes were fully destemmed. No SO2 was added at crush and the grapes were inoculated with FX10 yeast from Laffort. Skin contact lasted 18 days after which the grapes were pressed and the wine was barreled down. After 2 months, the wine was racked off the lees and returned to age in barrel until final blending and bottling.
