Pale straw yellow with brilliant greenish reflections. An expressive bouquet featuring chamomile, white flowers (orange blossom), and fresh lime. As it opens, you’ll find notes of yellow peach, pear, and occasionally a hint of candied orange or toasted hazelnut. On the Palate the entry is silky and "soft," characteristic of the Fiano grape. This is immediately countered by a precise, mouth-watering acidity and a stony, salty minerality. Flavors often mirror the nose—ripe peach and citrus—complemented by a waxy texture.
