Description

Freixenet is crisp, dry, captivatingly smooth, and an expertly well made sparkling wine. Brut Cavas are sparkling wines produced in Spain's Catalonia region that is known for producing some of the finest Spanish wines. The coloring is hay with a touch of gold and the bubbles have a medium intensity. The aromas show a lot of aromatic tropical fruit like papaya and pineapple. The mouth is well composed and the bubbles are controlled, and don't explode everywhere or shoot up the nose. More fruit flavors are found in the mouth with an acidity that jumps up and leaves a nice dry finish.
