Galil Mountain Alon White 2023

Galilean white blend produced from Viognier and Chardonnay grapes. The wine displays a rich aroma of ripe pear and apple pie alongside refreshing notes of mint and citrus blossom. The grapes are carefully selected at harvest, pressed gently and half of the blend is fermented and aged in French oak barrels for three months.
