The grapes used to create this wine were grown in the Chalk Hill region of California, vinified in Brooklyn NY, and aged in French, oak barrels for 24 months. The wine did not go through Malolactic, and is unfiltered. As sediments may occur, decanting is recommended. This wine will age gracefully with time.
