Description

This is a limited edition wine produced as a tribute to the first settlers who clung to the lands of Gush Etzion in 1927, purchased 1,500 dunams and established the Migdal Eder settlement. Gush Etzion Winery was built on these lands. 7 years after harvest and the wine continues to develop. New flavors are emerging and a balanced complexity continues to develop. A Bordeaux-style blend, with a dark and deep color. The wine is complex and balanced with a long finish. Aromas of chocolate, cherry and tobacco, follow through and lead to a complex and layered palate with a long finish.
