Hayotzer Genesis Semi Dry Cabernet Sauvignon 2023

A great, easy going, semi-dry Cabernet Sauvignon, bringing together the full body of Cabernet Sauvignon wines with the enjoyable qualities of semi-dry wines. Hayotzer is a quality driven winery situated on the outskirts of Jerusalem. Each wine is a personal statement of its creator (Hayotzer in Hebrew), the renown French born winemaker Philippe Lichtenstein. This is a full bodies wine, with an elegant nose and intense aromas of fresh red fruits combined with spicy notes. The palate is very soft and lightly sweet.
