J Folk Rose in a Can
Striking pink in color, with on the noseripe raspberries, watermelon,red cherries, and black plums. A light to medium-bodied, dry, fruit-forward rosé, with flavors ofcrunchy plums, Morello cherries, juicy grapefruit, watermelon, papaya, and ripestrawberries,refreshing acidity with a mouth-watering finish. In the Western Cape of South Africa at the most north westerly area of thecountry, with the advantage of a cool breeze off the Atlantic Ocean and low rainfall, the vineyard produces grape varietiescomplimented by the areas climate. A blend of Shiraz and Chardonnay. Hand-picked in March, at thelaterstages of the harvest, then directly pressed with fermentation taking placein stainlesssteel tanks. The wines were delicately blended to maintain the desired quality.
