Lahat Red 2023

The Adom is Juicy with high clarity, rounded and peppered, with red fruit alongside earthy and herbal notes, with a smooth mid-palate, polished, and a long finish. The grapes are handpicked and after processing undergo cold soaking and fermentation in a wide tank. Cap work relies mainly on gentle Délestage (rack-and-return). The wine is matured and transferred to barrels of 400 and 500 liters, where it completes alcoholic fermentation and undergoes malolactic fermentation.
