The Roussanne emphasizes the characteristics of variety, terroir, and vintage year. The wine expresses the aromatic components of Roussanne, primarily scents of blossoms alongside dried flowers. The palate is clean, sharp and mineral. The current vintage surpasses its predecessors in aromatic intensity and minerality. Two Roussanne plots were used for this wine: an established plot in the Ben Ayoun vineyard in Elkosh, and a young plot in the new Ben you vineyard in Matat.
