Lahat White 2023

The Lavan Golden in color, this wine offers a highly aromatic nose of fresh and dried flowers with balanced complexity. The palate is sharp, lively and ligh, featuring excellent acidity and a clean mineral dimension. It concludes with a persistent finish where subtle oak adds texture while allowing the fruit to shine. Post-harvest, the grapes are cold-pressed and settled for 48 hours. The juice is then racked and transferred to 400and 500 liter barrels (25% new oak), specfically toasted for white wines. Fermentation is prolonged and temperature-controlled at 18-20 degrees C, for optimal texture and aging.
