In the village of Matta, in the heart of the Judean Hills, a small cellar evolved into a boutique winery. What started as a healing past time became a life's dream. The wine grapes ripen in vineyards planted at 700 meters altitude in small plots with meticulous care to achieve a harmonious blend of sugar and acidity. Low yield result in high quality raw materials with which to create complex wines with long drinking windows. Old world and new world meet in the products of the wine with a combination of manual labor and advanced techonologies.
