Odem Mountain Bashan 2023

Bashan is a red blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Nebbiolo and Syrah. The wine is a deep red, to purple color. It has a distinct aroma of sour cherry, autumn leaves and blackberries, with flavors of currants and cherries. It is full bodied with a dry astringency and a persistent, long finish. The wine was aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.
