Odem Mountain Reserve Nebbiolo 2021

Nebbiolo Reserve is produced entirely from grapes grown in the Valley of Tears, situated at an elevation of 1,060 meters above sea level (3,477ft.) being the highest and collest region in Israel. The grapes were manually harvested at dawn. Teh wine features a shiny, emi-opaque red color and an aroma of autumn leaves, rose and earthiness. It is medium to full bodied with flavors of Purple-Leaf Cherry Plum and cherries with a well-balanced high acidity and astringency. Odem Mountain Nebbiolo Reserve was aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.
