Odem Mountain Single Vineyard 1060 Cabernet Franc - Organic 2018

The grapes were grown in Zivon, an organic vineyard in the foothills of Mount Meron in the Upper Galilee, and they were manually harvested at dawn. Fermentation was at 17-26 degrees C (62-79 degrees F) to achieve a delicate extraction of color, aromas and flavors. A crimson red wine, with an aroma of ripe plum, blackberries, green pepper, sage and thyme. It has soft tannins and a long finish. This is a wine that envelops the mouth with a rich taste of berries and Mediterranean spices. The wine was aged for 18 months in oak barrels.
