Domaine du Château Philippe Le Hardi, Bourgogne, Côte d’Or: Light yellow gold in color. O the nose, Meyer lemon, golden apple, peach, toasted oak and fresh cream. Medium in body, with medium-plus intensity and nice viscosity on the palate, showing notes of toasted oak, roasted almonds, sour cream, lemon peel, ripe peach, zesty apple, earthy minerals, hints of tangerine, with medium-plus acidity, a touch of lime as well as a hint of saline lingering on a long and elegant finish.
