The Recanati Special Reserve Jacob is an extraordinary wine from all aspects of intensity, complexity, quality and aging potential. Full body with perfect balance of flavors and aroma alongside impressive delicacy. Only 3000 bottles were produced from this rare label. Selective hand harvest separately for each variety. Moderate temperature fermentation, free run wine only, and aging in large oak barrels for 20 months. Finally, the wine was bottled and aged for at least another 30 months.
