A red wine honoring Major (IDF) Dan Wajdenbaum. He died on 12.1.24, at the age of 24, during a battle in central Gaza. Blue-eyed and full of life, Dan spread light and joy everywhere he went. His captivating smile and beauty, both inside and out, will never be forgotten. Despite his modesty and humility, he always strived for excellence. Everyone felt close and loved when he was around. His unique way of pursuing his dreams led him to follow his heart.
Grape Varieties: 60% Petit Verdot, 18% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Cabernet Franc, 5% Merlot. Barrel aged for 10 months.
