This wine is dedicated to the memory of Raz Mizrahi. Born in 2001, Raz excelled in everything she did. She served as a combat officer in the (Israeli) Border Police and survived a car-ramming attack in East Jerusalem. Raz volunteered with the “One Heart” organization for wounded soldiers. On October 7, 2023, she was tragically murdered at the Nova party. In her final moments, she showed exceptional composure, attempting to get help for herself and her friends. Raz made everyone around her love wine as much as they loved her. Today, wine has a different meaning for us.
Grape Varieties: 34% Petit Verdot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Cabernet Franc, 13% Merlot, 10% Mourvèdre, 7% Grenache. Barrel aged for 7 months.
