Chateau Roubine Hippy Rosé 2024

The color is pale with tints of rose petals. The nose has gourmet notes or red berries and English candy. The mouth has a frank and charming attack with aromas of white peach and a touch of freshness on the finish (pink grapefruit and lime). A wine of sun and sharing. Can be enjoyed as an aperitif of with grilled meat/fish as well as more exotic cuisines. A vibrant and fruity organic rosé, from our south-facing plots of black Grenache, to be enjoyed on all occasions. Following the night harvest, direct pressing to keep all the freshness of our berries and a beautiful pale color.
