Shiran Carignan 2023

The Shiran Carignan is a unique blend of Carignans! The young Carignan deliveres on the tart red fruit flavors of the wine. The Whole Clusters of Carignan were used to give the wine a freshness, and imparts an herbaceous quality and floral notes to the wine. The blend is ronded out with Old Vine Carignan to bring depth, conentration and balance to the wine with dark fruit and hints of dried herbs. Aged for 14 months in French, Hungarian and American oak barrels.
