Shiran Hope 2024

This wine reflects the revival of the Jewish people in our land. Just as immigrants flow in from all corners of the world, this wine mirrors all the wines we harvested this year from all corners of the country. Each variety was added to the previous one, (almost without skin contact), fermented together to create this unique wine. Such is our hope for the wholeness and unity of the people. L'chaim. Serve slightly chilled, this wine is unoaked and has 5.2 grams per liter residual sugar.
