Dignitary Chardonnay is grown on sun-dappled hills overlooking the Russian River Valley, where warm daytime temperatures are cooled by the regular intrusion of cooling fog
from the Pacific Ocean a few miles to the west. This wine was fermented in French and American oak barrels, aged on the lees for 10 months and underwent partial malolactic fermentation during the aging process. The result is a rich texture and flavors of vanilla and toast.
