Tabor Mt. Tabor Gewurztraminer 2018

Description

The Tabor Mt. Tabor Gewurztraminer is sourced from the finest Gewürztraminer vineyards in the Galilee, Israel which helps create a wine with a very golden color with a tinge of greenness. There is a fairly good viscocity on the wine as well. This wine has the classic gewurztraminer verietal smell. The aroma of green fruit, like green apple peels, some underripe green tomatoes, fresh green pear, and even some honeydew. There are some hints of peppery honey to the aroma as well. For the wine, the mouth is a little soft with it's light to medium bodied taste. There are some sweeter notes on the mid palate, liked baked apple, but then the acid takes over and then end finishes with a bittery taste.
