Made from Tabor premium Vineyards grown at an altitude of 700 meters in the Upper Galilee, these excellent plots were carefully chosen among the winery’s vineyards. The grapes were hand-picked and received in the winery at dawn and gently de-stemmed. Aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels, this blend was produced to highlight each of its varietal's characteristics while maintaining the wine's balance. Once bottled, the wine aged for an additional year in the winery's cellars giving if further depth and complexity.

This well balanced full-bodied wine is a deep dark ruby red with cherry hues. It exhibits aromas and flavors of black forest fruits and cassis with hints of caramel, clove and Mediterranean herbs. Robust and velvety tannins contribute to the structure and lead to a juicy enduring finish.
