The Tabor Artisanal "T" Cabernet Sauvignon is a Bordeaux style blend produced from 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Petit Verdot, and 5% Cabernet Franc. Each varietal was aged separately for 12 months in French oak barrels, and then blended. The wine displays flavors of black raspberry, cherry, violets and notes of cedar and vanilla.
