    The Butcher’s Daughter

Nestled in one of Paris’ most beautiful districts is the trendy kosher restaurant “La Fille Du Boucher”/”The Butcher’s Daughter,” where one can not only enjoy great food but even better wine. Their house wines have gained fame for their unique and sophisticated taste that also happen to be excellently priced.

This Bordeaux blend of Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon truly represents the exceptional terroir of one of France’s most famous wine regions. Bursting with plum and cassis flavors on the nose and more fruit-forward notes on the palate, this medium-bodied wine has a good tannic structure and complexity followed by a long and elegant finish.

Crafted from grapes located in France’s Pays D’Oc region, this 100% Cabernet Sauvignon offers rich plum and red berry fruit aromas, both on the nose and on the palate, with a slight hint of spice on the finish and well-balanced tannins. This great and easy-drinking wine is best served slightly chilled.

This light-bodied Pinot Noir from The Butcher’s Daughter is a delicate and easy-drinking wine, showing notes of juicy red berries like cherry and cranberry on the nose and on the palate, with well-rounded tannins and a slightly spicy finish.

For those who like wine to be fun and fruity, this Merlot crafted from grapes in the Pays D’Oc region is bursting with fresh berry and cherry flavors. This light-to-medium bodied wine has little to no tannins and features a smooth, balanced finish.

A blend of Syrah and Grenache, this balanced wine showcases a delicious mix of red fruit and spice on the nose with an oaky, vanilla palate. This medium-bodied wine has well-rounded tannins and a smooth finish.

Easy-drinking and refreshing, this crisp and well-balanced Chardonnay is bursting with green fruits and floral notes on the nose and has a butter, cream-like texture on the palate with good acidity.

This crisp Sauvignon Blanc from The Butcher’s Daughter has notes of passion fruit on the nose and showcases refreshing characteristics of lime and passion fruit flavors on the mouth.

    • Muscat

Made from the Muscat-blanc grape in the Languedoc-Roussillon region of France, this lovely light-bodied wine is bursting with clean and sweet notes of honeysuckle, passion fruit and subtle lychee. The mouth has soft flavors of citrus fruit layered with balanced acidity. Serve chilled to enjoy!

If you like your rosé to be dry and crisp with light notes of fruit, then this wine is for you. Showcasing delicate aromas of banana and peach on the nose and light, airy notes on the palate, this wine is perfect to drink on the warmer days.
