The Vitkin Grenache Blanc is comprised of Grenache Blanc from the Upper Galilee and a little Roussanne from the Judean Hills. Fifty percent of the wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks, the remainder was fermented and aged in French oak barrels for 5 months. A deep but elegant wine with delicate citrus aromas and hints of green almonds and summer fruits, against a backdrop of aromas and flavors from the oak barrels. As the wine opens up it expresses floral character and increased complexity.
