Delicate Aroma of black fruits with hints of earth & cloves, pleasant astringency with good acidity and balance of oak and fruits. Pairs well with red meat, chicken, fish with tomato sauce, ragu pasta. The grapes were harvested from vineyards in Upper Galilee and Golan Heights, underwent fermentation in stainless tanks and aged for 28 months in high quality French oak barrels, 50% of them new and 50% used barrels
