Weiss Cabernet Sauvignon 28 Months 2021

The wine has rich and complex aroma of ripe fruits along with cocoa, full to heavy body, good balance and a long finish. Pairs well wih red meat, chicken, fish with tomato sauce, ragu pasta. The grapes were harvested from vineyards next to the winery, underwent fermentation in stainless tanks and aged for 28 months in high quality French oak barrels, 50% of them new and 50% used barrels
