Yarden Cabernet Franc 2021

Yarden Cabernet Franc displays pleasing aromas of ripe red fruits, along with characters of herb, tobacco, spice, chocolate and a hint of grass. With full body, this wine is elegant and tasty. The wine aged for 18 months in French oak barrels. While pleasurable upon release, Yarden Cabernet Franc will continue improving in the bottle for a few years and stay in great drinking shape for about ten years from vintage. We love pairing the wine with grilled herb-marinated hanger steaks, a slow roasted lamb shoulder, or a hearty spinach and ricotta cannelloni.
