Description

The 2018 Mount Hermon Rosé displays attractive aromas of strawberries and cream, along with pleasing notes of rose petal, sour cherry and hints of smoke. This medium-bodied rosé is pleasantly refreshing and nicely drinkable.Ready upon release, Mount Hermon Rosé is best enjoyed within a few years of vintage. The wine goes wonderfully with anchovy canapes, fish stock-based paella, or sautéed chicken breasts with pink peppercorns.
