Yesod Atlas Peak Cabernet Sauvignon Edcora Vineyard 2021

This is classic Napa mountain Cabernet with a little extra finesse. It opens with deep black cherry and cassis, backed by just enough grip and minerality to keep things grounded. On the palate, it’s full-bodied but not overdone—dark fruit, a little graphite, a savory edge, and a long, smooth finish. The tannins are firm but tucked in nicely, making it drinkable now with a decant or something to watch over the next 10–15 years.
