The Adir November is a premium red wine from the Galilee region of Israel. The wine displays a deep ruby color with a rich aroma of dark fruit and subtle notes of oak and spice. On the palate, it has a full-bodied structure with smooth tannins and flavors of blackcurrant, black cherry and a hint of vanilla and tobacco. The finish is long and elegant with a nice balance of acidity. This wine is perfect for pairing with grilled meats, hearty stews, and strong cheeses.
