He has been given full freedom to create the best Cabernet Sauvignon he can imagine. He has chosen the grapes of Kerem Ben Zimra at 860 meters in the northern Galilee and aged the wine in oak for 14 months. It has a full body and a dark color. It is in the sophisticated French style of Cabernet Sauvignon. The aroma and mouth are elegant with comforting oak, dark fruits, and earthiness. It has received a Gold Medal from Terravino.
