Harvest for the wines in thi blend occured on March 9th for
the Sauvignon Blanc and on March 17th for the Semillon.
The bunches were whole-cluster pressed. The wines were
fermented seperately and only blended after completion. The
wines were racked off their fermentation lees but was left on
its fine lees until cold stabilisation on the 28th of June.
