This wine is made from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes, grown at the foothills of mount Miron, in the upper Galilee region, at 870 meters elevation, with a unique soil structure combining chalk,basalt and terra rossa. the residents ,to whom the attributes of the land were already known from Talmudic times, named the village- Sifsaf-in Aramaic, a region where fruit mature late. the wine has a greenish straw color , displaying tropical fruit,blossoming flowers, citrus, passion fruit. it has a mineral, rich and balanced mouthfeel.
