This wine is made from 100% Roussanne grapes, grown at the foothills of Miron mountain , in the upper Galilee region, at 840 meters elevation, with a unique soil structure combining chalk,basalt and terra rossa. the residents ,to whom the attributes of the land were already known from Talmudic times, named the village- Sifsaf-in Aramaic, a region where fruit mature late. The wine is made using only the "free run" (the first juice that flow from the grapes) This gives the wine a greenish straw color , displaying tropical fruit,crisp, citrus, and passion fruit, honey , floral and apricot flavors.It has a mineral, rich and balanced mouthfeel.
