Yes. All wines naturally contain at least trace levels of sulfites. The TTB requires labelling for any wine over 10ppm which in almost all cases is above naturally occurring levels.

All of the wines marked low sulfite have no added sulfites and only contain what is naturally occurring. Which may happen to still be over 10ppm requiring label indication.

Also, many wineries do just not submit sulfite lab testing as it is very expensive and therefore their labels say contains sulfites by default.
