    • In crafting this fine Merlot, grapes grown in the unique climate of the Upper Galilee are harvested at peak ripeness. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 12 months in a mixture of French and American oak. The result is a wine with a ripe, peppery nose, and balanced by its rich body, deep flavor and color. Though drinkable now, this wine is sure to cellar well.
