A 100% Merlot from the Judean Hills, the grapes for this wine were manually harvested to maintain the integrity of the grape starting from the beginning of the production process. After separation from the stems, the wine was fermented on the skins for ten days, then squeezed, fermented again, and transferred to French oak barrels for 12 months. This wine is well rounded and juicy, with delicate floral and earthy aromas, with pleasant hints of chocolate and oak. It will be the perfect wine to pair with rich-flavored dishes like roasted lam and hard cheeses. Vegan friendly.
