Description

Hand-harvested from a quality plot in the Moshav Mata vineyard in the Judean Mountains, this white blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Viognier was crafted with a combination of new and old-world processes and was aged on its lees without barrels for six months. This process gives the wine delicate fruity flavors, good natural freshness, and well-balanced acidity with a medium body and long finish. The wine will pair wonderfully with fish dishes, sushi, spicy foods, and cream-based pasta dishes. Serve chilled. Vegan friendly,
