Eli Shiran who is the winemaker at the Shiran winery took four white grapes, Viognier, Chardonnay, Riesling and Semillon, and found a way to blend them together to create a wine that dances on your palate. This wine shows all the best qualities of each of the grapes and allows the wine to express floral notes, tropical fruit notes, and stone fruit notes all while keeping the acid high and the alcohol low. This unoaked wine was aged sur-lie for 6 months. It opens up nicely in your glass over the course of a meal, enjoy from beginning to end.
