Shiran The Song of the Birds 2020

Description

A blend of 42% Syrah, 26% Grenache, 20% Tempranillo, and 12% Old Vine Carignan. The Syrah and Tempranillo were fermented together and then blended with the Grenache and Carignan. The wine has been aged for 12 months in American, Hungarian and French oak barrels. Aromas of red fruit, herbs, plum and baking spices blend beautifully to craft this complex wine that is pleasantly smooth on the palate with soft, round tannins.
