To locate your order number, please check your email for your order confirmation (We advise checking your spam or promotions folder if you do not see it in your main inbox) or use the steps below. All order numbers will begin with "KW"

Step 1: Log in to your customer account on KosherWine.com using your email address and password. Click on the "My Account" link in the top right corner of the homepage to access your account. If you need to reset your password, you can do so by visiting https://www.kosherwine.com/customer/account/forgotpassword/ and checking your email ( it may land in your spam folder) for a reset link.

Step 2: Once you are logged in, go to the "Order History" section on the "My Account" page and click on the "View All Orders" button.

Step 3: You will see a list of all your orders on KosherWine.com. Find the order number you are looking for in the "Order #" column. All order numbers begin with "KW."

Step 4: Click on the order number to view the details of your order, including the order status, shipping address, and items ordered.
